Day before it was forecast to be super hot. The forecast was to have top of lift below the mission peak.
I made one pass over the slide, nothing much, went to see if there was anything working over at the LZ and not a thing. Super short flight.
The hike made this enjoyable. The birds were enjoying their bugs on the way up, and really pretty blue birds too. The hawks were sitting on the rock and not soaring today, probably laughing at my attempt.
