Lemony Sauteed Spinach


  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 3-4 garlic cloves minced
  • Zest of half a lemon


  • Heat a bit of oil in pan
  • put lemon zest & cloves in oil for ~30 seconds or until fragrent
  • Add spinach, toss, and wilt with lid until golden green
