Simple Pasta
Ingredients
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- 800g can of salted skin removed tomato (otherwise 10g of salt)
- pasta
- fresh mozzarella
- Fresh basil to serve with.
Method
- Toast the garlic cloves in some oil in a pan
- Meanwhile, put tomato can (inc sauce) in a blender and blend
- Put sauce in pan on high heat for 10 minutes, cover and lower for 30 minutes until semi-thick, no water. Make sure to sir occasionally
- Remove garlic
- Fresh mozzarella goes in at the end, juices can go in any time
- Top with basil
